When is it an emergency?
It’s important to consider whether your situation is an emergency the SASES can assist with, or whether someone else can help. The SASES is a highly trained emergency service, yet nearly half of call outs are for non-emergencies. Think before calling the SASES, they may be needed elsewhere. If your situation is life-threatening, call 000 immediately.
