Blanchetown is a small township on the (west) bank of the Murray River, 130 kms northeast of Adelaide. Blanchetown is widely regarded as the entrance to the Riverland District and features a number of impressive historic buildings all of which date from the 1850s and 1860s. Blanchetown SES currently have 21 members.
